Robert Youngman is Team Leader for Green Finance and Investment in the Environment Directorate of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). He co-manages the development of the OECD Centre on Green Finance and Investment, a major platform for the OECD to engage private actors and governments to accelerate green investment. Prior to joining the OECD, Robert was Director of Economic Analysis at Natsource LLC, a leading asset manager in global carbon markets, from 2000-2011. At Natsource, he led the company's analytical work on carbon markets, and the delivery of a wide range of policy and market analyses to governments, corporations and other organisations. He holds a master’s degree in international and public affairs from Princeton University.
